    The washer is taking too long to drain. Drain time has exceeded 8 minutes. Common symptoms: Slow draining; Error code flashing; Wet clothes after cycle.

    Cause: - Clogged drain pump - Foreign objects in pump - Drain hose restriction - Faulty pressure switch

    Fix: 1. Clean drain pump trap 2. Remove coins, buttons, etc. from pump 3. Check drain hose for blockage 4. Verify proper drain hose height

    F5E2Lid lock failure

    The lid or door lock will not lock.

    Cause: Obstruction, broken lid lock.

    Fix: Close the lid firmly and replace the lid lock if needed.

    F6E2Communication error

    Control board and user interface not communicating.

    Cause: Loose wiring, failed board.

    Fix: Unplug for 5 minutes. If it persists, a technician should check connections.

    The motor control cannot sense drum speed.

    Cause: Loose drive belt, faulty motor or control board.

    Fix: Check the belt. A technician should test the motor and board.

    No water or low water fill.

    Cause: Closed taps, clogged inlet screens.

    Fix: Open taps fully and clean the inlet screens.

    The washer took too long to drain (also F21).

    Cause: Clogged drain pump or hose.

    Fix: Clean the drain pump filter and check the hose.

    OBOff-balance load

    The load is unbalanced.

    Cause: Bulky single items.

    Fix: Redistribute the load and restart.
